Download RadicalIQ

Step 1: Download the installation file to your computer

Click here to download the RadicalIQ installer

You will see a download message box similar to the one below. Choose the option to Save the file to your computer.

Save the file to your desktop or another convenient place on your computer.

Step 2: Run the RadicalIQ setup file

When the radicaliq.exe file has finished downloading, double click the file to begin the installation. You may receive a "security warning", as show in the screenshot below. Select Run to proceed with the installation.

Step 3: The RadicalIQ setup wizard

The RadicalIQ setup wizard will install the application onto your computer. Simply click Next to step through the wizard. Installation should only take about 30 seconds.

Step 4: Installation Complete

RadicalIQ has now been installed on your computer. You have a shortcut on your desktop for easy access.

You can also access RadicalIQ by clicking Start > All Programs > RadicalIQ > RadicalIQ

Additional Help

Depending on your computer setup and the browser you are using (for example: Internet Explorer or Firefox) the messages you see during installation may be slightly different from the above instructions. But the general procedure will be the same. If you require further help with installation please contact us and we will be pleased to help.
